Visual Coordination & Event Styling ensures cohesion of your event. It’s not just about planning; we oversee the set-up and make game-time decisions to maximize visual impact. Your caterer or venue may already provide a coordinator to handle a timeline & day-of details, but as your floral designer I have an understanding of your aesthetic. I interpret your style & pull together the best parts of your ideas to create a cohesive look.
We start from the beginning with a color scheme & tempo to create the feeling of your wedding.
We’ll discuss the flow of your day and talk over everything from table settings & lighting to place card displays & wedding party attire.
On your wedding day we remain on-site up until your cocktail hour kicks off to ensure that someone is on-call to make any last-minute design decisions.
This does not include trips to meet with other vendors, however, it can include one on-site visit or a consultation to view linens & table settings at a local rental company.
We happily offer referrals for other outstanding vendors who can assist with any of your needs that fall outside the realm of flowers such as rentals, lighting, caterers, photographers, stationers & bakers.
